Inclusion and Anti-Discrimination Policy
InnerWork Counseling is dedicated to upholding the code of ethics and prohibits discrimination based on a person's national origin, race, color, religion, disability, sex, and familial status. Not only does InnerWork make an active stance against discrimination, laws prohibiting national origin discrimination make it illegal to discriminate because of a person's birthplace, ancestry, culture or language. This means people cannot be denied equal opportunity because they or their family are from another country, because they have a name or accent associated with a national origin group, because they participate in certain customs associated with a national origin group, or because they are married to or associate with people of a certain national origin.

InnerWork Counseling is a proud ally. We continue to educate ourselves on multi-cultural and cross-sectional aspects of our patient's lives. We respect everyone's identity, in all aspects. We are dedicated to actively including marginalized populations and seek to provide the highest quality of mental health treatment to every human being we encounter.

We are open to learning and welcome feedback at all times.

Dedication to Social Justice
InnerWork Counseling seeks to give back to our society by offering low cost, affordable, or free counseling to those in need.

InnerWork Counseling offers this through the Adina and Aria Therapy Fund.
Continuing Education to Provide Affirming Care
InnerWork Counseling is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all individuals. Our counseling practice values diversity and recognizes the unique experiences of BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, TCNC, and neurodivergent communities. We strive to create a safe space where everyone feels valued and understood. To ensure we are providing the best possible care, we actively engage in ongoing education and training about these identities and experiences. We believe that by continuously learning and growing, we can better support our clients on their journeys towards healing and self-discovery. Together, we celebrate individuality and champion the rights and dignity of every person.
